The food truck movement has come to the Capital City in a big way. The City of Little Rock is sponsoring Food Truck Fridays, at the corners of Main Street and Capitol Avenue, through the end of this month, and the University Market at 4Corners, at the corner of University and Asher Avenues, is steadily growing in popularity — each reflecting a national trend. AY checked out a few of these moving bistros and found some fab fare.
