Have you checked out Garden Secrets at 538 W. Grand Ave. in Hot Springs? They serve tasty vegan cuisine in a relaxed setting.

Try Chantilly's Tea Room in Harrison it is not only totally Victorian, the food is out of this world and the service is impeccable! This is not your ordinary "junk room" added tea room this is classy and even better they are having "High Tea" on 9/15/12!
