Diana Bratton is the chef, founder and owner of Cafe 1217, an upbeat and cheerful “gourmet to go”, dine in café and catering company in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Diana attended and received her culinary degree from El Centro College in Dallas, Texas and has continued her education at the Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena, California. The café’s fresh ideas are inspired by California cuisine and Diana’s deep South Texas roots. Fresh, unpretentious, comfort food, simply presented is what keeps the locals and dedicated out of town patrons coming back year after year.
