Felicia Suzanne Willett’s love for all things culinary began as a child. She spent summers and school breaks with her maternal grandmother in Hoxie, Ark., just 30 minutes from her hometown of Jonesboro. “Biscuits and fried chicken … it was all biscuits and fried chicken,” Willett said. “In fact, one of the first things I remember cooking was fried chicken. I talked a babysitter into letting me stay up and cook for my mother, who was out on a date. I don’t even know if I had instruction.”

The Chef of Lemongrass Asian Bistro, Rutian Zhang, is a certified, first-class cook in China. In 2003 and 2006, Rutian received the first prize in the catering contest in Foshen, Guangdong province. In 2005, Mr. Zhang recieved year training at a famous hotel in Hong Kong on cooking Thai food.
