||Combine flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a 9-inch square baking pan. Add milk, oil and vanilla; whisk until smooth. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and remaining ¼ cup cocoa; sprinkle over batter. Pour coffee over batter (do not stir). Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in cake portion comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 5 minutes. Top each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
