Hjem = Yum.
Hjem’s burger is composed of ½ pound of flavorful and tender wagyu beef, served on a custom-made brioche roll with Jarlsberg cheese, juniper mayonnaise, fresh spinach and a fresh thin slice of beet. The bun and the burger are very rich, so we serve it with a salad versus chips or fries,” said owner/executive chef Matthew Holland.

More than Shakes
The Purple Cow is a lively '50s-inspired restaurant known for delicious burgers, sandwiches salads and milkshakes, notably the Purple Vanilla shake. We recommend a side of sweet potato fries served with a yummy honey-based dipping sauce. Purple Cow has two locations in Little Rock and one in Hot Springs.

With two locations in Little Rock, this local restaurant is known for delicious, yet simple menu items such as the chicken quesadilla, Ruben, club sandwich and, of course, their famous burgers. The cheeseburger is hearty and stacked high with your choice of cheese, mustard, lettuce, tomato, lettuce and pickle. It is served with chips and a pickle spear.

Feltner’s is Fine.
What makes Feltner Brothers burgers so tasty? According to co-owner Chase Feltner, it’s the beef. “It’s fresh — never frozen — beef made especially for us, and we serve it with fresh vegetables. Each burger is made to order.” We sampled the single burger and the double cheeseburger with orders of fries and onion rings. Each burger comes with lettuce, tomato, pickle, purple onion, mustard, ketchup and mayo. There are also 13 other toppings available, including chili and jalapeno peppers. You’ll love it … plain or fully dressed.
