- Missouri State University announced Bobby Petrino as their new head football coach. After his scandalous 2012 termination from the Razorbacks, he became the Louisville Cardinals head coach until they let him go in 2018. Petrino comes to a Missouri State that hasn’t enjoyed a winning season since 2009 and hasn’t made the playoffs since 1990.
