Consumers looking to see the latest and greatest in home design and construction will have a treasure trove of exciting exhibitions and more this weekend.

Starting Saturday, the 68th Annual Home Show, presented by the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock, will highlight the newest trends in remodeling, home building and interior design in one spot. For six decades, the Home Show has focused on providing the largest venue for home services in Arkansas.

This year is no different. According to HBA-GLR Executive Officer Meredith Poland, the show will be bringing back both old favorites and new features – creating the biggest Home Show ever. One of the features Poland is most excited about is the Ask The Expert booths.

“We are very excited to have our Ask the Expert booths back.  This will give our visitors the opportunity to have one on one time with builders and designers, ask questions, get connected to resources and get inspired,” she says.

According to HBA-GLR Presient Daniel Menden, the Home Show marks the “culmination” of the home construction industry. Bringing together experts in remodeling, renovation, construction, and even buying and selling homes, there is something for everyone at the event.

“The Home Show will connect you directly with resources you need,” Menden says. “From indoor to outdoor projects, to starting from scratch with an empty lot, you will be able to speak directly with those who can answer your questions.”

That expert knowledge is the critical component for what helps drive the Home Show. No matter your skill level or project stage, there is someone who can help guide you through the process.

And you won’t be alone, either. Approximately 4,000 people are expected to attend the Home Show this year.

At the end of the day, the community is what keep the Home Show going, Poland says. “We bring the community together to find solutions for their most important asset – their home and the people who live in it,” she says.
