The North Little Rock Municipal Airport has announced that the North Little Rock Airshow will return, after a six-year hiatus, on Oct. 22.
“The Airshow is a point of pride for the airport and the city of North Little Rock,” says Clay Rogers, director of the NLR Municipal Airport. “We’re excited to bring it back for families with some new additions like pre-purchasing tickets online and a more robust kids area.”
Featuring intense and entertaining aerial demonstrations, the airshow includes nationally recognized aerial acts along with a jet truck, parachute team, military aircraft and equipment, scale model aircraft demonstrations and more.
Kids can hop around in bouncy houses in the kids’ zone and also participate in STEM projects and activities with the Arkansas Regional Innovation Hub and other local agencies.
An event schedule and ticket sales will be available online soon. Updates about the event will be posted on the North Little Rock Airshow Facebook page. To get involved, sponsor or volunteer for the airshow, email here.
