Are you ready to spruce up your home? Or perhaps you’re getting ready to build that dream home, and you’re looking for inspiration. No matter what your situation, the 69thAnnual Home Show will be able to give you everything you need for home design and construction.
Hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock (HBA-GLR), the Annual Home Show features a vast array of experts in interior design, home improvement, remodeling and other home-related industries. The show will be a one-stop shop for all your needs, regardless of what part of the home building or design process you’re at.
“We have a new venue, we have a new look, we have a new layout,” says Meredith Townsend, Chief Executive Officer of HBA-GLR. The show has been revamped for guests to enjoy more of a browsing experience. Held at the Statehouse Convention Center, the experts in home improvement, interior design, outdoor solutions, remodeling, mortgage lenders and more will be on-hand to answer any questions guests may have as they journey through the set-up.
In 2021, HBA-GLR is moving the Annual Home Show to the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock, providing the event with increased space. Using IKEA as its model, HBA-GLR has created a one-directional floor plan to invite visitors in and to help immerse them in the home show.
“The floor plan is not going to be the traditional trade show floor plan; it’s a one-directional floor plan,” Townsend explains. “I did this for two reasons. One, for COVID-19 reasons, so we’ve got a one-directional flow for the safety of everyone. But two, I want to create an experience with this home show. When you come in, I want it to be warm and inviting, just like your home is, and not industrial, like most trade shows are.”
The show will be held Saturday, May 22 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday, May 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Make sure that you visit the largest and longest-running home show in Arkansas this weekend!
