We work and see them on a daily basis and collect constant feedback to ensure we are only sending the most qualified professionals to each home. We only send out team members that we would trust in our own homes.
What protocols do you have in place to ensure the security of my home?
Your home is your haven and place of refuge. We don’t take it lightly that you are welcoming and trusting us with your home. We take notes and receive preferences from each customer on how they would like for us to enter their home, whether they are there or not. Most customers provide us a key that we manage and store securely to enter their home while they are not home — the best vote of confidence we can have.
What happens in the case of a break, or another related loss, of a personal item?
At Molly Maid, we are properly bonded and insured to protect our customers against damage or theft of a personal item. We have a system and procedure in place and work to ensure that we are responding to each customer’s needs if an unfortunate event were to take place.
How should I go about choosing the right cleaning service for me?
There is much to consider when welcoming a new company to your home. First, is the cleaning service taking the time to get to know you and your home before committing to service it? You also want to know if that service is properly insured and what kind of insurance the service has. Are employee vehicles or company cars used and how is insurance verified? Next, check out the business on Google or Facebook — what is the community saying about this business and how is the business responding? While this is not a complete list, it’s definitely a good start.
What if someone is not happy with his/her cleaning service?
While we strive to get it right the first time, we provide a service warranty for each cleaning that we review in full with each customer. If you aren’t happy with the work we did, give us a call. We want to know.
In what other ways does your organization serve its community?
Molly Maid has a foundation called the Ms. Molly Foundation. Through this foundation, we donate a portion of every cleaning to the Dorcas House in Little Rock and the NWA Women’s Shelter to help victims of domestic violence. In October, we recruit the assistance of our customers to collect toiletries, clothes and cash donations to directly help these shelters. We make a difference with every cleaning.
