Baking can be a fun activity to do with friends and family. Take a moment this Summer to stop by Art is in Cakes. They offer plenty of cake decorating and baking classes that are sure to entertain. In June there were classes on scratch-made marshmallows, figure models and mirror glazes on galaxy cakes. July is looking just as exciting with fun classes for everyone.
Scheduled in July, there will be classes for palette knife painting on cakes, making french macarons, texture mats, cake-pop art, and chocolate painted transfer art. Kids are welcome to join classes too, making classes a fun family activity for the summer. However, children ages 6-11 must be accompanied by an adult, because they will need a little extra help.
Some classes can have two price brackets, depending on whether or not you are a baking hobbyist. If you are a hobbyist then you may already have what is needed for class, so simply sign up for “class.” But if you need tools, no worries, all you have to do is sign up for “class + tools” and you can get a percentage off the whole bundle!
Located at 9807 W. Markham St. in Little Rock, Art Is In Cakes is a great place to try something new. So grab a friend and an apron and take a class this summer, it’ll be worth your time. Sign up for classes here.
