Black Apple Crossing, Arkansas’ only hard apple cider, will begin distributing to central Arkansas in July. The company’s ciders will be available at local bars and restaurants, and distribution to the rest of the state is said to be coming later this year.

Beginning July 1, the Springdale-based cidery will distribute to more than 30 bars in Little Rock and North Little Rock. Black Apple Crossing will host a number of launch events during the week of July 1 in Little Rock, including at Dickey-Stephens Park. The cidery plans to offer hibiscus cider, semi-sweet cider and two season ciders – pineapple and grapefruit.

The cidery also offers a dry, champagne quality cider and a blueberry cider.

Black Apple was founded in 2014 by Orpin and Trey Holt.
