Over the past decade, the name Brandy Harp has become synonymous with real estate in central Arkansas. It is her love and passion, second only to her adoration for her husband and family.

“Prior to my career in real estate, I worked at Alltel for 18 years where I sharpened my business acumen in marketing and advertising, contract negotiation, Six Sigma process improvement and customer service,” Harp explains. “My passion for real estate naturally crossed into my life journey when I married Richard Harp (owner of Richard Harp Homes).”

When Verizon acquired Alltel in 2008, she began her transition; she started working on a business plan to work in real estate. Harp has become one of the most recognizable Realtors in all of central Arkansas.

And for good reason. She pulled many skills, traits and savvy from her experience at Alltel. She was also fortunate that Arkansas real estate icon Jon Underhill mentored her in real estate. Combine this with her natural appreciation and devotion to the industry, and it is easy to see why she has become one of the best in the business.

“I set myself and our company apart from the competition by being an expert in every aspect of the home buying and selling process to help clients succeed with their real estate investments,” Harp says. “This includes employing a unique, specialized strategy to help each client succeed, while always maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity and respect.”

Such dedication and ingenuity have resulted in significant acclaim and notoriety. Every year since 2015, Harp has been recognized as one of the top-10 Realtors by the Little Rock Realtors Association. In 2018, she was distinguished as the top-performing female Realtor in Little Rock after selling $30 million in residential real estate.

Today, Harp serves as the principal broker of Jon Underhill Real Estate. She is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and has been a proud member of the Junior League of Little Rock for more than a decade, where she was recognized as Member of the Year in 2014. She also serves on the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Auxiliary Board and the Board of Trustees of The Anthony School and is a member of the Leadership Greater Little Rock Class XXXV.

“My career is much more than a job,” Harp says proudly. “When you truly love what you do, it is intricately woven into your life.”
