Branson officials are reopening the city, in preparation for going back to business.
The Branson Board of Aldermen voted on Monday, May 4 to remove all local restrictions specified by the Branson Municipal Code Chapter 58, which relates to social distancing and spread of diseases.
These restrictions were reportedly more stringent than the state guidelines. Now resident and businesses in Branson will only be required to follow guidelines and directives from the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services.
