Molly Maid of Greater Little Rock was established in 1996. Rebecca Nash began her time with the company as a home service professional. After working her way up to manager, Nash eventually purchased the company in 2005. That central Arkansas location is now Molly Maid’s second-largest operation in the country and the managing team owes its success to their dedication to quality, customer service and commitment to community. Years later, in 2017, the Northwest Arkansas location was acquired and still abides by the same values that the central Arkansas location continues to thrive on.
Along with regularly scheduled home cleaning maintenance, such as weekly or every two week service, Molly Maid also has professionally trained teams for special event cleanings, move-in and move-out cleanings, and post-remodel cleanings. However, no matter what type of cleaning service they are providing, the teams remain heavily focused on producing a five-star finished product that gives all customers that relief of walking into a clean space at the end of the day.

Not only is Molly Maid in the business of getting it right with customers, but it also invests in the community as well. Of each cleaning fee, a portion is given to the Dorcas House in Greater Little Rock and the Northwest Arkansas Women’s Shelter, both of which assist local victims of domestic violence overcome the challenges of abuse and rebuild their lives.
Ultimately, the goal for the team at Molly Maid is to stay humble, keep improving and maintain the customer relationships that give clients an always better-than-the-last-time experience.
“We are obsessed with getting it right; we are obsessed with getting better. We are humans, and we will make mistakes, but we want to hear about those mistakes so we can improve and deliver a better experience each time,” says Silva-Nash.
