Vieux Carre: A Cache Restaurant Recipe
- 1 oz. rye
- 1 oz. sweet vermouth
- 1 oz. cognac
- 1/2 oz. B&B liqueur
- Peychaud’s bitters
- Angostura bitters
Stir the ingredients in a shaker and strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
Garish with a lemon peel.
