The beloved holiday special It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown will be airing on Arkansas PBS on Sunday, Oct. 24 at 6:30 p.m., according to the network’s TV schedule. This mark’s the first time in two years the special will air on network television, as Snoopy and the gang encountered a hiatus in 2020, only available via streaming service AppleTV+.
One of the most iconic pieces of holiday-related media in history, the 26-minute TV movie originally aired on Oct. 27, 1966. It’s been a family-friendly staple in the month of October ever since.
PBS will also be airing other popular Peanuts holiday specials in the coming months.
A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving is scheduled for Nov. 21 at 6:30 p.m.
A Charlie Brown Christmas will air on Dec. 19 at 6:30 p.m.
