Goal-oriented might be an understatement when describing Chase Rackley. He’s a quiet mix of Southern gentleman, fraternity rush chairman and college football coach. He’s the nattily dressed guy who wants to extend a hand and pat you on the back when he greets you, but get out of his way if he’s competing against you. Chase Rackley wins.
AY Magazine’s Best Realtor Award is just one of many accolades Chase Rackley has achieved. He has been awarded Double Diamond by the Little Rock Realtor Association the past two years; #1 Agent in his brokerage, iRealty Arkansas, the past two years, and has racked up more than $40 million in real estate transactions in fewer than three years. Rackley says, “It’s not about the sales volume or numbers. It’s so much more about the relationships, the incredible people we’ve been blessed to get to know and serve.”

Realtor Chase Rackley and son

Chase Rackley

Rackley is a Little Rock boy who graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with not one, not two, but three degrees (marketing, management and ministry) and was recognized there with notable achievements. He and his wife, the former Casey Jeu of North Little Rock, married in 2013 and are the proud parents to two model sons, Jack Titus and Cannon Crain Rackley. Casey is a full-time mother who has leveraged her passion to provide great apparel to her own boys to be made available to more moms through her online retail shop, ROCKlittle.com.
“We aim to be servant/leaders,” Rackley says, “I look to hire people who are servant-hearted – leaders who prize integrity over profitability.”
Rackley regularly credits his mentor, the now-retired Realtor Roddy McCaskill who Rackley says, “exemplified integrity and timeless best practices.” Rackley has done well to apply McCaskill’s timeless best practices with a cherry on top of personality, passion and commitment.
“Most Realtors get into this business with great passion,” Rackley says, “The common problem is they often fail to partner their passion with commitment. It’s that partnership that takes their service and their success from good to great, for themselves and, more importantly, for their clients.”
Rackley doesn’t compare himself to Realtors on the local level. Instead, he studies industry leaders in bigger markets like Vegas, Dallas, LA, etc. Might there be a “Million Dollar Listing: Little Rock” someday? If anyone can seal the deal, it’s the man who is known for his results: Chase Rackley. And it’s the Rackley Team who on average receives 99% of their asking price, selling 2x-3x faster than the average Realtor.
