After reading this month’s AY About You, I had to see what all the fuss was about with Buenos Aires Grill & Cafe in downtown Little Rock.
Staff writer Dwain Hebda did such a great job telling about the family who opened the restaurant – immigrants from Argentina who have introduced Little Rock diners to fabulous Argentinian foods.
Things like the chimichurri sauce on the mixed grill or the bruschetta are so memorable. But it wasn’t until I had a Nutella empanada that I asked if I could stay for dinner, too. It was that good. The fresh meats that are part of the mixed grill allow anyone on a low-carb or gluten-free diet to maintain any sense of discipline. The salads are so fresh with its light vinaigrette dressing.
But back to the empanadas. Wow. Just wow. Read about the Bruzatori family in this month’s AY, and then take a trip to the River Market and support this hard-working family who serve up delicious food.
