The farm-to-table movement has become increasingly popular over the years, and Northwest Arkansas will soon be home to a new experience that embraces the movement. Conifer, a 100% gluten-free eatery, will be opening in Bentonville.
Inspired by French, German and classical training, chef and owner Matt Cooper, has helped develop a menu in which all ingredients will not only be sustainable, but also from local or regional farms.

With seasonal apples and peaches coming from A&A Orchard and local produce coming from Villines Farm, the restaurant has been consistently updating its Facebook with announcements of collaborations with surrounding farms.
Conifer will be inside of The Howard East Central, located at 321 Southeast 2nd Street and will also include a 200-square-foot farm stand. The farm stand will be self-serve and have local produce available. With a bar, patio, lounge area and a private dining area, Conifer is planning to open this summer.
