Crack Tiger Sauce Spaghetti
3 lbs. ground beef
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 yellow onion, chopped
1-2 yellow/red bell peppers, diced
1/2 bottle Tiger Sauce (near the hot sauces)
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1-2 cup pkg white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg spaghetti noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the ground beef, onion and green peppers. Drain grease and return to the skillet. Add the remaining ingredients but reserve some cheese for the top. Cook the spaghetti and drain. Mix the spaghetti and meat sauce. Place in a baking dish and spread cheese on the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350º. Remove the foil and continue to cook until the cheese is bubbly.
