Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group Inc. announced today that Mark Smith will join the team as general manager, and Maeve Grey as executive chef. The new restaurant is scheduled to open in September at the Promenade at Chenal.
Mark Smith brings over 35 years of restaurant experience to Del Frisco’s Grille in Little Rock, and has run several brands under the Del Frisco’s umbrella.
“We’ve added some great talent to our staff and are looking forward to meeting new guests and welcoming them with our genuine hospitality,” Smith said.
Maeve Grey has served as Executive Chef for Del Frisco’s Grille since January 2015, and oversees all day-to-day culinary operations for the Little Rock location. Prior to this position, Chef Maeve served as Director of Back of the House Operations for all kitchens under the Yellow Rocket Concepts umbrella, where she oversaw the behind-the-scenes culinary procedures for all locations.
“I’m so eager to bring my own twists and flares to the classic menu items offered at Del Frisco’s Grille,” Grey said. “We have some incredible menu items and we can’t wait for everyone in Little Rock to try them.”
“We’re excited to open our doors this September and call Little Rock home,” Smith said.
The new restaurant will be located in the Promenade at Chenal at 17707 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark., 72223.
