Update 10/4/22: Construction at the Rodney Parham McDonalds is still underway, and Pat Downs from L.R. Mourning Company explained that the target turnover for the new upgraded building is mid-late Nov.

The old McDonald’s location at 10201 Rodney Parham in Little Rock is currently being completely demolished.

But Big Mac lovers have no fear: The location is being cleared and the rubble is being sorted in preparation for the construction of a brand-new McDonald’s on the site – one that lives up to modern standards.

L.R. Mourning Company has been contracted for the project. The company has decades of experience in construction projects, from grocery stores to fast food restaurants to medical facilities.

In the meantime, Mickey D’s fans can shuffle over to nearby McDonald’s location at 11500 W. Markham for a bite until the Rodney Parham doors open again.

The site is just off Exit 8 on 430 N in Little Rock, next to Breckenridge Village. We will update as more information become available.
