We know how difficult this time of social distancing is for families across the state of Arkansas. With children out of school, parents home from work, and many businesses closed or restricting services, it’s very easy for cabin fever to set in. That’s why we’re doing everything we can to present our readers with as many ideas for activities as possible.
Fortunately for us is the time we’re living in, where plenty of interactive and educational measures are little more than a few clicks away.
“Enjoy a variety of Ballet Arkansas performances from the comfort of your home every Saturday and Sunday!
For our first feature, we are pleased to present our recent box office hit, “Cinderella.” A beloved story filled with laugh-out-loud comedy, Cinderella is the perfect introduction to Ballet Arkansas. It is our mission to make world-class dance programming accessible to all, and we feel it’s the perfect time to share the beauty of dance with the public free of charge. Until we can perform live for you again, we are pleased to share our past performances with you and your family. We hope that a Ballet Arkansas performance can bring you joy and peace in this time of uncertainty.
Now more than ever, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Ballet Arkansas through the link below, or visit the Donate tab on our website. Like many arts organizations, we made the difficult decision to cancel our spring productions and our revenue streams have run dry. Although we will continue to fully compensate our dancers and staff through the duration of their contracts, we bear significant losses due to these unfortunate circumstances. A donation of any size plays a meaningful role in the health and wellness of our organization. At Ballet Arkansas, we’ve been touching the lives of countless children and adults for 41 years. With your support, we are sure our best performances are yet to come.”
