Founded in 2010 by former Greater Little Rock Home Builder’s association president Nathan Cooper, River Valley Builders is a construction company that specializes in new construction as well as large custom remodels and additions.
Cooper has been building houses for 15 years and over the course of his involvement in the industry has participated in the building of over 400 homes.
When working with clients, Cooper makes a point to ensure that the process goes as smoothly as possible without compromising quality. He says that trust and communication lead to a more fun, relaxed process, and when the process is enjoyable, the client enjoys the final product that much more.
“I love the problem-solving aspect that custom building and remodeling presents. All of our projects are unique and present their own set of challenges,” Cooper says. “I love brainstorming with clients and subcontractors to find the best solutions to those challenges.”
