A pilgrimage to Low’s is a Southern tradition for brides seeking the perfect wedding dress. Brides with their families travel from all over Arkansas, the surrounding states, and even further to the tiny town of Brinkley. Its team goes above and beyond to ensure that the bride and her party have a shopping experience that they will never forget.
Margo Low started Low’s Bridal in one room over her husband’s pharmacy in 1977. Dorcas & Stan Prince, Margo’s daughter and son-in-law, took over in 1997. Today, Low’s occupies the 35,000-square-foot Great Southern Hotel building, employs more than 30 people and sells bridal or attendant gowns for as many as 5,000 weddings annually.
Bridal styles change quickly. Low’s Bridal works with more than 50 designers to bring that most fashion forward and best designs to our brides. With more than 3,000 bridal gowns in stock, a figure greater than the town’s population.
“We work to find the perfect wedding dress that represents the brides style, confidence and true spirit,” co-owner Dorcas Prince said.
