The Faces Of Law
Wright Lindsey Jennings
With more than a century of history in the legal arena and a strong class of alumni that includes a former U.S. president, Wright Lindsey Jennings has a long list of qualities and accomplishments that make it one of the best law firms in the state.
The firm has 70 attorneys and offers comprehensive legal services across more than 50 service areas and 20 specific industry groups. They are also one of the only firms with specialties focusing on medical cannabis businesses and technology law, and have the largest intellectual property practice in the state.
Wright Lindsey Jennings is always looking for ways to improve in all areas of the industry. In 2018, they established both WLJ Tech Law, which operates out of their new Little Rock Tech Park office, and WLJ e-Discovery Solutions, which is an initiative to help clients manage electronic information. Woman-Run was launched in 2019 with the purpose of helping successful and upcoming female business leaders and owners through networking and other resources that are customized to meet the needs of women and minority entrepreneurs.
Named one of the “Best Places to Work in Arkansas” by independent research firm Best Companies Group in 2018 and 2019, the firm has a diverse workplace and an impressive history of fostering an inclusive work environment. Wright Lindsey Jennings was the first large law firm in the state to elect an African-American partner, a female partner and a female chair of its management committee. Recently, the firm named its first female chief operating officer and, today, half of the leadership positions at the firm are held by women.
Wright Lindsey Jennings is also no stranger to giving back. Serving the community is a priority for the team, and the attorneys and professional staff members log more than 3,000 volunteer hours annually for statewide and nationwide organizations and contribute financially to more than 100 groups. The firm’s dedication to service and hardworking 12-member Stewardship Committee were big parts of what led to the 2019 Smart Corporate Giving Award, an honor awarded to Wright Lindsey Jennings this year by the Arkansas Community Foundation.
With a strong record of success and a team of compassionate employees, Wright Lindsey Jennings is like no other firm in Arkansas.
