Did you hear the exciting java news coming out of North Little Rock this week? Our friends at Dark Side Coffee Co. have officially opened their brick-and-mortar location, Dark Side Coffee Lounge. The force is strong with these folks, and we know firsthand that the Empire makes a mean cup of joe.
While not technically Arkansas news, it’s close enough — and we know how often Arkansans frequent the Memphis area — so we had to share: the Bass Pro Shops at the Pyramid is getting a Wahlburgers. The popular restaurant chain was co-founded by acclaimed actor Mark Wahlberg, along with two of his siblings. The location inside the Pyramid will be called Wahlburgers Wild, and is slated to open soon, according to an Aug. 18 press release.
Pinkies up — Allsopp & Chapple, in Little Rock, is hosting a five-course wine dinner on Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m. The occasion will feature wine from Orin Swift Cellars of Napa, California. To make a reservation for the event, click here.
