Q: Where is your hometown?
A: Fayetteville, AR.

Q: Where did you graduate high school, undergraduate school, medical school and the years?
A:
I graduated high school from Fayetteville High School in 2003, from college at Baylor University in 2006, and from medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2011.

Q: Where did you do your residency and when did you complete it?
A:
I did my residency in Jackson, MS at University of Mississippi Medical Center, from July 2011 to June 2015.

Q: What professional organizations are you a member of?
A:
ACOG, AAGL, and IAPS

Q: How long have you practiced medicine?
A: I finished medical school in 2011 and residency in 2015, and I have been practicing medicine since that time.

Q: What awards or accolades have you been give that you would like patients to know about?
A: I was the first full time Gyn Physician at the Jackson MS Veteran hospital, and started the Gynecology department at the hospital, particularly gynecologic surgery. I have also had my original research on IUD contraception presented at a major conference, and my abstract was published in a medical journal.

Q: Is there pertinent information you would like patients to know about how you practice medicine and what differentiates you from other physicians?
A: I believe in patient-centered care, and individualizing care to each patient’s needs. I love what I do, and am grateful to have one of the best jobs in the world. It is a privilege to be a part of my patients’ lives in such a special way.

Q: Do you have any hobbies? If so, what?
A: I enjoying reading, running, and discovering new films. I love to travel and try new things. I am happiest spending time with my family and friends.

Q: What information about your family would you like people to know?
A: I’m from Fayetteville AR, the daughter of a physician and nurse practitioner, and I have grown up around medicine. I am married to another physician, and we have one child, our son Joseph. We love watching him grow and change. He is the apple of our eyes.

Q: What do you want patients to know about you?
A: I’m from Fayetteville, Arkansas and went to med school at UAMS. I love my job and I’m excited to start at Central Clinic. I’m married to Physician. My specialty is in high risk OB. Love helping them, building relationships, and being apart of their care. I have been practicing 5 years in OBGYN.
