It’s a new month at AY About You, and by now everyone knows what that means: a new bucket list. This month is all about steak, but not just your garden variety meats. It’s time for the Prime Cuts Bucket List, and Heather Baker’s first stop is at Red Oak Steakhouse in Pine Bluff.
Red Oak is in the Saracen Casino Resort, and has quickly become one of the most talked-about restaurants in the whole state. According to Director of Food and Beverage Todd Gold, it’s the only restaurant in the South that is “Kobe Certified,” and one of only a few dozen in the whole country.
And this is where Baker will be for the next two weeks on the AY Bucket List tour. This week serves up the appetizer, of sorts, introducing viewers to the magic behind Red Oak and what’s on the menu. Next week, Baker will chow down on a whole table full of upscale delectables.
