Rona Road Rally
Arkansans from the quaint northwest corner of the state are invited to hit the road this Saturday, June 13.
Erika Finnestead has organized a Northwest Arkansas (NWA) scavenger hunt, dubbed the “Rona Road Rally,” a clever play on the initial reason citizens are looking for an escape from quarantine. The best part? The starting and finishing line are at your home.
The scavenger hunt will wind participants through the region, allowing them to support local businesses, admire public art and visit landmarks all from the safety of their own car. While the scavengers are responsible for their own vehicle and gas, the initial cost to participate is $25 per team – and all proceeds go to the NWA Food Bank.
The event will last from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. this Saturday, and participants must register by 12 p.m. on Friday, June 12.
