Rebecca Peterman of Rebecca Peterman Photography in Hot Springs was elected Vice President by other professional photographers from around the state Thursday. The election took place at the annual Arkansas Professional Photographers Association (APPA) Conference.
Peterman was elected after completing a term as Treasurer for the association from 2019-21 and Secretary from 2018-19. She previously served 5 years as a Regional Director. She accepted the Vice Presidential nomination with honor.
Peterman is also a member of the Texas Professional Photographers Association, the Professional Photographers of America and the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce. She has operated a local, home-based studio for over 15 years and recently relocated to a commercial space at 801 Central Ave., Suite 30 downtown in Spencer’s Corner. She specializes in family/children’s portraiture and also provides senior portraits, newborn portraits, pet portraits, headshots, personal branding, commercial photography and fine art.
