FIRST BIG BREAK:

I was looking for a job to help provide for my kids and help my husband with the bills, as we all agreed on working hard together to move forward in life, when I found a job at Molly Maid as a home service professional in January of 2000. Six weeks later, I was asked to work in the office as the office manager and in 2005, the Kimbrough family was selling the franchise and we were blessed to be the first considered.

BEST PART OF THE DAY:

The best part of my day is when all of our team members are home and when we have taken care of all of our customers for that day.

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:

Easy – raising my four children. I am so proud of seeing their accomplishments and how driven they are to be better people everyday.

FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB:

I love the difference we make in our customers’ homes and in the lives of our team members. I believe that we do much more than provide a cleaning – we provide time and it’s so crucial that we get it right for every customer.

REMEMBER ME FOR:

No matter where you’re from, education you received or what language you speak, everything is possible as long as you put your best foot forward and try to improve every day.
