FIRST BIG BREAK:

Soon after starting my career at age 22, I sold a group health insurance plan to a large manufacturing company in Little Rock. I learned early that hard work and determination would pay off.

SURPRISING FACT:

I served as the Senior Warden at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church at age 27.

FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB:

I love meeting new people and having the opportunity to serve them. My staff and I are fortunate to help many people every single day.

PERSON YOU MOST ADMIRE:

Hands down, my mother. She was born in 1919 and would have celebrated her 100th birthday on October 14th. She was the smartest woman that I have ever known; hard-working and full of tenacity. She was a pioneer in her day and will always serve as my number one inspiration!

ADVICE TO OTHERS:

Find a job that you are passionate about and stick with it; don’t try to be all things to all people. Specialize in one area of expertise and do it well.
