ARTHUR’S PRIME STEAKHOUSE

BEST PART OF THE DAY:

First thing in the morning, about 5 a.m., when it’s quiet before everyone is awake and I’m drinking my coffee and reading my devotion. It’s this quiet time when I can center on God and focus on what I need to achieve during the coming day!

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:

My four kids! I have been so blessed to have three phenomenal boys who have grown into achieving young men and a fantastic little girl! I love being able to watch and guide each of their lives has been remarkable. I cannot wait to see what God has in store for each of them and what successes they will achieve on their own! Watching them write their own individual stories is one of the best parts of being a parent.

SURPRISING FACT:

I worked with the architect of the prime minister of Japan to build three buildings, and while on safari in Africa, I was chased uphill by a Cape buffalo. I’m probably here today because he just got tired; I’m not a very fast runner uphill!

MOST ADMIRABLE QUALITY IN WOMEN:

The ability to build each other up, strengthen each other, and the courage to use their voice to make a difference in others’ lives. I gravitate toward women who help each other and help others. Together we can ALL be stronger!

PERSON YOU ADMIRE MOST:

My parents, Bob and Nelita Hunt! They raised me to show compassion and understanding and to realize we are on this earth to serve God and give back. They taught me how to give my time and talents to worthy causes and showed me by giving back themselves during their lives.

PERSONAL MOTTO:

Be wise. There is a time to speak up and a time to remain quiet. Knowledge is knowing what to say; wisdom is knowing whether or not to say it.

REMEMBER ME FOR:

Being someone who did the best to help the most while keeping God and her family at the center of her life.
