BEST PART OF YOUR DAY:

My morning devotion time, listening to music and/or an inspirational podcast to get my mind ready for the day. I meditate, replenish and renew to prepare to pour out to and serve my family and my clients.

ADVICE TO OTHERS:

Though ordered by the Lord and full of successes, my steps are also filled with mistakes. Through valleys and across mountains, I have learned from them all. However, make your own mark and your own footsteps. Embrace your journey.

PERSONAL MOTTO:

“Don’t wait for life to happen. Make it happen.” I set the tone and course of my life. Waiting for “life” to happen is too passive for me. I like to take charge and actively participate in my life.

FAVORITE PART OF YOUR JOB:

As a trial attorney, I love helping people enforce their rights. Whether it’s criminal, family, personal injury or civil law, I am most happy when my clients are able to enjoy some of their most basic rights as human beings.

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:

I‘ve said that my daughter is “my reason” for everything I do. Through God’s grace, I‘ve raised a strong, intelligent, Christian young lady. She embodies the best of me, while working to “not be like me, but better than me.”
