The list of awards continues to rack up for Arkansas Baseball’s Kevin Kopps. On Friday, it was announced that Kopps is the 2021 National Player of the Year, receiving the Dick Howser Trophy.
Kopps also won the Stopper of the Year Award this week, which is given to the country’s top relief pitcher. The historic season for Kopps also netted him the 2021 SEC Pitcher of the Year honor, as well as the Collegiate Baseball Magazine National Player of the Year.
The senior Razorback pitcher led the nation with a 0.90 ERA, finishing the season with a 12-1 record and 11 saves.
