The Library is open for business. Not CALS – but the Library Kitchen + Lounge.
Located in the former Gusano’s location in downtown Little Rock, the Library Kitchen + Lounge is the brainchild of Rob Byford.
Looking at the restaurant’s Instagram, they are already starting to display a strong food game. They are introducing a fried pork chop sandwich that looks to die for. We will be checking it out!
Don’t forget to check out their pimento cheese-stuffed hush puppies, either.
It was designed to take advantage of the new River Market Entertainment District (RMED), which was introduced in the summer of 2019. “The concept is there because of the location, not because of the concept,” Byford said in a statement. “And when done right, we will create a one of a kind experience in the RMED.”
The restaurant will be open Tuesdays through Sundays and will be closed on Monday. It will be open 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. on Tuesday through Thursday and on Sunday. It will be open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
