The Little Rock Yoga Festival is back this year, with a lineup that matches its mission to unite, grow and explore in the Natural State. In assembling the community for a day of connection, the Little Rock yoga Festival aims to help individuals grow in self-awareness and explore Arkansas. 

 

The festival will take place Oct. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Wildwood Park for the Arts in Little Rock. Tickets are $60 for a half-day and $75 for the full day, with ticket prices increasing by $5 the day of. 

 

The festival will include local artisan vendors, food trucks, sound baths, a guided nature hike and over 20 yoga, discussion and meditation class options. Some of the classes offered will be co-taught by yoga studio owners and teachers. Attendees will be able to take an hour-long yoga class led by Breezy Osborne-Wingfield of Barefoot Studio and Tori Jones of Eden Salt & Yoga Studio.
