Best-kept secret wouldn’t necessarily be one of the descriptions for Arkansas’ capital city. It’s the most populous place in the state (by a large margin) and is a hub for travel, be it I-40, I-30 or the Clinton National Airport. But just because one knows of Little Rock, doesn’t mean one knows Little Rock.
