“DINE IN or TAKE OUT, we’re at your service,” say both Local Lime and Big Orange of Rogers on Facebook. Beginning tomorrow, May 18, both of the city’s Yellow Rocket Concepts commodities will again allow customers a seat (or booth) at the table in its restaurants.
Neither of the eateries reopened their dining rooms on May 11, the date Gov. Asa Hutchinson gave restaurants throughout the state the green light to begin phasing back dine-in services, albeit with limits on capacity and guidelines on apparel.
But after, as they say, “analyzing data, evaluating the feasibility of great service under guidelines as they evolve and implementing new operating practices and procedures,” the time has come for the Northwest Arkansas favorites to open their doors back up.
According to the social media post, this reopening will involve the following protocols:
– “We are implementing a reservation system to ensure social distancing practices are adhered to for the safety of our guests. Make your reservation on our website here:
www.bigorangeburger.com/reservations
www.locallimetaco.com/reservations
– In accordance with the ADHS Phase 1 restaurant operating rules, all guests are required to wear cloth face coverings upon entering the building until seated and while moving throughout the space. Forget your mask? No worries! We will have masks available for purchase.
– If you are experiencing COVID-related symptoms such as cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, or fever, we ask that you stay home for the safety of our crew and other guests.”
At this time, the company has not released any new information regarding its Little Rock locations. AY will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
