Eric Sullivan, a radio host on Little Rock’s 103.7 the Buzz radio station, was fired Friday after he was accused of stealing cash from a woman at Sauced Bar and Oven.

Sullivan had hosted the show “Out of Bounds” for the sports station since 2016.

A video released by the victim on social media appears to be surveillance footage from inside the restaurant, where she was also an employee. In the video, the man opens her billfold and appears to remove a wad of cash from it, which he then tucks inside the front pocket of his pants. According to the Facebook post, the woman was not working on the day of the incident.

She says that it was $409 in total that was stolen, which occurred while she was in the bathroom. The money has since been returned to her.

“The money has been returned to me, but I have yet to receive an apology or explanation,” she says. “I walked to the bathroom and almost lost the down payment on my new car.”

Sullivan issued the following statement on his Twitter page, before deleting his account:

“I need to address something to you all: I’ve made a monumental career mistake & I take full responsibility for it, I let many people down as well as the listeners and great people at 1037 the Buzz and I will own that for the rest of my life.”

According to KATV, who is a former employer of Sullivan’s, a Police spokesman said that Sullivan had not yet been charged with a crime, and that it would be up to the victim to press charges.
