Things are about to get cooking in North Little Rock! The smash show MasterChef Junior Live! is coming to Arkansas’ capital city in an all-new live format that is sure to be a hit with the whole family.

AY Magazine is proud to partner with UA – Pulaski Technical College for the first-ever national tour of MasterChef Junior Live! The show will be coming to UA – Pulaski Tech’s CHARTS Theater on Thursday, Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m.

Everything you love about MasterChef Junior will be a part of the live show. From head-to-head cooking competitions to fun Q&A sessions to immersive audience events, MasterChef Junior Live! will be an experience that you won’t soon forget. Plus, the show will bring back past MasterChef Junior all-stars and fan favorites!

If you have a young foodie or a burgeoning cook, this will be the show for them. There will be plenty of chances for audience involvement, so make sure your young food connoisseur is at the CHARTS Theater in October.

Bringing the show to Arkansas has been a months-long process, according to Shannon Boshears, Vice Chancellor of Advancement at Executive Director of the UA – Pulaski Technical College Foundation. Many of the arts and cultural offerings at the CHARTS Theater center on performance and other arts mediums, but MasterChef Junior Live! offered an opportunity to showcase one of the college’s shining jewels: its culinary school.

“I thought this would be a perfect show for us to bring to UA – Pulaski Tech. I knew it would be a great, family-friendly show. It is the perfect show for us to partner on with our culinary school,” Boshears said.

This will be the second culinary event AY Magazine has partnered with UA – Pulaski Tech to present.  “We partnered with AY for Diamond Chef, and it was a great partnership for us,” Boshears says.

Tickets for MasterChef Junior Live! go on sale Friday, April 26, at 9 a.m. Tickets start at $25 and can be purchased here.

The event will be held Thursday, Oct. 10, at 7:30 p.m., at The Center for Humanities and Arts in North Little Rock.
