There is more big news from Minute Man, the beloved burger joint that recently opened a Jacksonville location. They will be opening a new food trailer, which is set to travel around the state. The first stop is Wednesday, Jan. 13 in downtown Little Rock at the flagship location of the original Minute Man.
“We are excited to be bringing Minute Man back to as many people as possible, and the fastest way to do that is to go mobile. And that’s just what we are doing. We’ll be launching at the site of the very first Minute Man at Broadway and Fourth with many more locations being announced,” says chief operating officer Matt Fritz.
The menu will be as easy as 1, 2, 3. Customers at the new food truck will be able to get the #1 (Original Hamburger), #2 (Famous Hickory Smoke Burger), or #3 (Original Cheeseburger) with fries and a drink. You can even add bacon and/or an extra patty for an additional cost. And, no worries, also expect to see the Apple Radar Pie.
The truck’s first two appearances (Jan. 13-15 and Jan. 20-22) will be at the downtown Little Rock location, each time from Wednesday through Friday (11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or until they sell out). Then it’s on to the rest of Arkansas, revisiting old Minute Man locations of the past, or as close to the original locations as they can possibly get.
