The newest addition to Conway’s café scene is set to open this fall. Moo & Brew will feature coffee roasted with beans from RoZark Hills Coffee Roasterie in Rose Bud as well as a selection of specialized milk and Thai teas. Treats are also on offer, with Korean corn dogs, ice cream, and tea sandwiches available.
Owners Gary and Tanya Tucker currently run the food truck Hey Good Cooking, known for its selection of sweet and savory treats like boba, ramen, bao buns and Korean corn dogs. The pair have plans to occasionally serve ramen at the Moo & Brew location as well. Hey Good Cooking’s menu includes other items such as egg rolls, potstickers, coconut rice bowls, burgers fries and onion rings in addition to its savory and sweet treats. The Tucker’s first concept is a mobile one, so guests are encouraged to view their business’ social media to find out where the truck is currently located.
Moo & Brew will be a typical brick and mortar style café, located at 2159 Prince St., close to both the University of Central Arkansas and Hendrix College. To stay up-to-date with all things Moo & Brew, visit its Facebook page.
