Rodney Block entertained those in nearby downtown offices when he played as we photographed him for the AY entertainment guide. A native of Dumas, Rodney continues to leave his musical stamp on fans across Arkansas and beyond. A jazz trumpeter with a hip-hop vibe, Rodney can be seen and heard at a variety of events around the state from corporate to fundraisers, to music festivals and clubs. An AETN Presents: Front Row with Rodney Block was nominated a regional Emmy. Rodney recently released his third album “Eyes Haven’t Seen, Ears Haven’t Heard” available on iTunes.
The soundtrack of our lives can be defined or pinpointed to music. And, the sounds filling the air with the aromas of good foods, is the underpinning of your gathering. Setting the mood is everything.
When you’re chopping veggies for Thanksgiving dinner, welcoming friends for a cookie swap or taking a football game break, good music sets the mood.
