Oaklawn patrons asked and we listened. To better serve guests, Oaklawn Rewards, a three-tiered program that rewards customers based on their play, will launch Monday, May 1.
Oaklawn players will now qualify for Silver, Gold or Elite status based on their level of play over the course of one calendar year. Among the benefits all membership levels will receive are gift shop discounts, hotel discounts, card level drawings and events and a birthday celebration during their birthday month.
Gold and Elite members will also receive dining discounts, food coupons, access to pre-sale concert tickets, prize multipliers, bonus promotion entries and invitations to exclusive events and parties. Elite members only will receive free check cashing, free racing seats, express lines, priority seating, free live racing parking pass, annual gift and annual cruise giveaway.
“The introduction of Oaklawn Rewards is our biggest change in gaming since we opened our doors and we’re extremely excited about it,” Director of Marketing Kim Baron said. “This program is something we have been planning for nearly a year and it is a result of direct feedback we have received from our guests. We have always strived to offer the best customer service, but now we are taking things to the next level and are ready to treat all of our patrons like royalty.”
