On Nov. 2 of this year it was announced that Red Moon Tavern, a popular Little Rock Pizzeria located at 6015 Chenonceau Blvd., had been acquired by the Case family. The Cases also own Sauced Bar & Oven, Zin Wine Bar and The Butcher Shop – all of which are located in Little Rock.

“We’ve seen the potential in Red Moon Tavern for years. We loved dining there ourselves,” Kendall said, explaining that the excellent staff was a huge bonus of purchasing the restaurant.

While the Case family has already been a part of the pizza sector of the restaurant industry by owning Sauced, Kendall Case explained that Red Moon Tavern has allowed them to explore a new aspect of pizza.

According to Kendall, the restaurant has a completely different style of pizza and experience.

The Case family is not planning to make any major changes to the restaurant and will keep the same staff and chefs, and will continue to create the same great experience for guests dining at Red Moon Tavern. The eatery will have some minor changes implemented though, such as updating the wine menu and starting a daily happy hour from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. The daily happy hour will begin today, Nov. 22.

“Right now, we’re just running things day-by-day, and the pizza crust will definitely stay the same,” Kendall said.
