Looking for an activity to do with your significant other this Valentine’s Day?
Check out Pinot’s Palette! They offer individual painting classes, private parties and public sessions for those ages 5 and up who want to learn how to paint.
“We do all kinds of painting sessions,” Pinot’s Pleasant Ridge owner Lisa Montgomery says. “You can bring in any foods you want to bring in. We have a bar in the back, so [it is] very relaxing.”
Sessions offered at Pinot’s Palette have instructors who give participants step-by-step instructions on how to paint.“We encourage customers to kind of do their own thing that they want to, but everything is really step-by-step, pick up the brush,” says Montgomery. “A customer who has never painted before can do any of our paintings.”
Pinot’s Palette also hosts onsite and offsite painting sessions for schools and kids summer camps, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, anniversaries, corporate team building events and church events.
“Most customers have never painted before,” Montgomery says. “For many customers, it opens up a new door for them because they never imagined themselves being able to be creative.”
Montgomery opened Pinot’s Palette in Little Rock in 2013 in honor of her mother after her passing in 2012. Montgomery says that one of her goals is to get people connected in the community and make new friends.
“You’re going to discover for yourself a whole lot of fun, some delicious wines and soft drinks,” Montgomery says.
This business has been part of the Central Arkansas community since 2013, having celebrated its sixth anniversary this month. Celebrate with them! “I love what I do, and my customers have a great time,” says Montgomery.
